Les Mills

Pryme Movers

We have a wide range of Group Fitness classes to suit a vast range of ages and abilities, from slow and steady to fast and exciting, we have something for everyone.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we have options and classes available each day of the week.

We are ACC accredited, REPs registered and offer options for rehabilitation and recovery.

Boot Camp

Complimentary Boot Camp classes are just the thing for our Fitness Members.  Something to get the heart pumping and limbs moving in a fun and social environment, so check one out and see for yourself just how far outside your comfort zone you can push yourself.
