A fun-loving,30 minute, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Feel the beat and let your body give into the rhythm.  The music will take over and you’ll be moving before you know it!

 

 

LES MILLS- Sh’Bam

The moves in SH’BAM are super simple so even the most inexperienced dancer will pick them up in no time. Your instructor is there to encourage and inspire so you can focus on having fun and letting go.

Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.

Can I do this class if I’m pregnant?

Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. Also, chat to your class coach beforehand to let them know you’re pregnant. They’ll suggest some options for you throughout the class.

How fit do I need to be?

Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothing suitable for lots of movement, a refillable drink bottle and a towel.
