50's Forward
If you’re over 50 and want to stay fit and healthy 50’s forward is for you.
An 45 minute aerobic workout with a social get together, sales table and raffles.

PrYme Movers
Combining a mixture of strength, bikes, cardio and stretching, PrYme movers is a medium level of fitness for all ages and abilities

Green Prescription
Mobility 101
This Mobility and Balance Class in conjunction with Arthritis New Zealand is held on Monday at 9:00am at the YMCA City.

The hour session is $4, and is an entry level light Group fitness class, starting on chairs and progressing to standing exercises.
Heart Health
Our Heart Health classes are a light circuit class that you can take at your own pace whether you want something low impact or wish to increase your pace and get a more high intensity workout from the class.

Personal Trainers
Our Fitness team are committed to helping you achieve health and fitness goals by creating a positive, dynamic environment focused on delivering service excellence and provide monitoring of your progress and achievements. We are here to assist you with every visit and help you meet your goals whether you are training for an event or wanting to keep fit we have a program for you.
Personal Trainers work independently within the YMCA Facilities outside their rostered hours. All consultations are by appointment and can be made through the Personal Trainers. Personal Trainers are being utilised by people from all walks of life who want to get the most out of their exercise.
